Under the supervision of the famous ramen shop "Ippudo", we have recreated the ever-evolving "Gokukaraka noodles" in hot pot soup.
Miso, pork bone extract, sesame paste, chili bean sauce, sweet soy sauce, and 6 kinds of spices make this hot pot soup rich in flavor.

A ramen restaurant founded in Daimyo, Fukuoka City in 1985.
Tonkotsu ramen, which combines a mellow and smooth soup that has the full flavor and flavor of tonkotsu with thin, pleasantly chewy noodles, is loved not only by people in Japan but all over the world.

Ingredients (3-4 servings)
■Pork belly slices...400g
*You can also add minced pork if you like.
■Chinese cabbage...1/4 plant (approx. 500g)
■Long onion...1 piece (approx. 150g)
■ Bok choy... 1 plant (approx. 120g)
■Shimeji mushrooms...1 pack (approx. 100g)
■This product...1 bag
*If you like it spicier, please adjust it with chili oil.

how to make
1.
Put the soup in a pot, heat it, and when it boils, add the meat.
Shake the soup well before pouring it into the pot.
2.
When it boils again, reduce the heat to medium, add the rest of the ingredients, and it's done when the fire goes through.
