Under the supervision of the famous ramen restaurant Menya Musashi, this soy sauce-based nabe soup is made with rich broth made from Makurazaki bonito flakes and Soda flakes, with flavor added by Niboshi extract and chicken bone broth, and flavored with garlic and pepper.
🍜What is Menya Musashi?🍜
Founded in 1996 in Aoyama, Tokyo. The company has introduced a variety of products, including limited-time-only noodles and collaborations with other businesses, and currently operates 14 stores in Tokyo and 8 stores overseas. Each store offers a different flavor.

Raw materials:
Soy sauce (made in Japan), fructose glucose, lard, garlic, dried bonito flakes, Soda shavings, pepper, Niboshi extract, chicken bone broth, shrimp seasoning, red pepper / thickener (processed starch, xanthan), seasoning (amino acids, etc.)

Ingredients (3-4 servings)
■Pork belly slice - 300-400g
■1/4 cabbage (about 300g)
■1 leek (about 150g)
■Chives - 1 handful (about 100g)
■1 pack eringi mushrooms (about 100g)
■This product - 1 bag
We recommend to put onion as a condiment.
how to make

Heat the broth in a pot and when it comes to a boil, add the meat.
Shake the soup well before adding it to the pot.

When boils again, reduce the heat to medium, add the remaining ingredients, and when cooked, it is ready to serve.

Enjoy boiled Chinese noodles in a dipping sauce or ramen style during or after the hot pot.
